Description

The Dinner Lady Detectives
This is the first book in the series, where we are introduced to Margery and Clementine, two dinner ladies who stumble upon a murder in their small town. Despite being middle-aged and relatively underestimated, they prove to be sharp investigators as they uncover hidden secrets while serving up meals.

An Unfortunate Christmas Murder
In this holiday-themed mystery, the dinner ladies are faced with solving a murder during the festive season. The quaintness of Christmas is overshadowed by a chilling crime, but Margery and Clementine use their wit and resourcefulness to unravel the case before the holidays are ruined.

A Terrible Village Poisoning
The third book brings a new challenge as a poisoning rocks the village. The detectives must work quickly to find the culprit in a town full of suspects, where long-held grudges and village feuds make the investigation complex and dangerous.

A Frightfully Fatal Affair
This installment involves a glamorous wedding that takes a dark turn when one of the guests is found dead. Margery and Clementine must sift through a web of social drama, secrets, and scandals to find out who committed the murder at what should have been a joyous occasion.

A Gravely Troubling Discovery
The truth isn't the only thing that's dead and buried...Margery and Clementine Butcher-Baker have been warned not to interfere in any more police investigations. When a body is found under Summerview School's playground during renovations, they have absolutely no intention of getting involved.
